DESCRIPTION:Manufacturers of covered innovator drugs and biologics under VA’s pricing program need to submit their calculation data by mid-November and establish contract pricing in advance of January 1\, 2024. Please join Hogan Lovells’ Allison Pugsley and Joy Sturm\, along with Ted Karnezis of Ted Karnezis Consulting for a webinar on Wednesday\, October 25  at 12:00 PM (ET). Ted\, Allison\, and Joy will be providing an overview of what manufacturers need to prepare for in advance of the 2023-2024 Public Law Pricing Update season. Topics that will be discussed include the following: \n\nSummary of VA’s own training session and published guidance regarding the covered drug pricing updates\, including an overview of relevant timelines and the types of disputes manufacturers may need to raise with VA\nHow 2024 being a statutory “first year” affects the calculation used to derive Federal Ceiling Prices (FCPs)\nWalkthrough of submitting quarterly and annual pricing calculation data to VA’s Pharmacy Benefits Management to establish 2024 FCPs\nBest practices on modifying FSS contracts in timely fashion\, including a review of the FSS forms and the proper way to support price increases during a year when next year’s pricing isn’t automatically capped by the CPI-U.\n\nTo register\, click here.
