Coalition Submits Comments on Pay Equity and Transparency
On April 1, the Coalition submitted comments on the FAR Council’s proposed rule on pay equity and transparency, suggesting that the rule exempt commercial product and service contracts. We also raised other important questions about the rule’s definitions and implementation.
