On April 1, the Coalition submitted comments on the FAR Council’s proposed rule on pay equity and transparency, suggesting that the rule exempt commercial product and service contracts. We also raised other important questions about the rule’s definitions and implementation.

On January 16, the Coalition submitted comments on the Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) proposed rule change to the General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation regarding FSS Economic Price Adjustments (EPAs).

On January 16, the Coalition submitted a letter on DFARS Case 2018-D074, Inapplicability of Additional Defense-Unique Laws and Certain Non-Statutory DFARS Clauses to Commercial Item Contracts.
