Access the App
- Scan the QR code above, or search and download the ‘Event App by EventMobi’ in the App Store or Google Play Store. You can also visit on your desktop web browser here: https://eventmobi.com/cgpconf/
- Note: For best experience, download the EventMobi app on your phone
- Enter the event code: CGPCONF
- After adding the event code, the event space will appear. Click ‘View Event’ in the login screen and enter the email address you used to register for the Training Conference.
- If this is your first time using the app, create a new password.
- If you have used the app before, enter your password.
- If you cannot remember your password, click the “Forgot Password” or “Login using one-time code instead” links on the login screen.
Set Up Your Profile
- Once logged in, customize your profile with your title, profile picture, and other relevant details to help other attendees get to know you and make connecting easier.
View and Personalize Your Agenda
- Browse through the full agenda and select the sessions you plan to attend by clicking “Add to Schedule.”
- Add sessions to create a personalized schedule tailored to your interests.
- To view your personalized agenda, click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the app and select “Your Agenda.”
Connect with Other Attendees
- Use the app’s networking features to connect with fellow attendees before and during the conference.
- Start conversations, schedule meetups, and expand your professional network within the conference community.
- Conference attendees can be found under the “Attendees” tab in the menu.
Submit Questions for Speakers
- Submit your anonymous questions ahead of the conference to help guide the conversations on stage, as well as during the days of the conference.
- During mainstage panels, submit anonymous questions directly through the app to be asked to our guest speakers by Coalition Staff.
- Questions can be submitted by clicking on the session in the agenda and providing your question in the Q&A box.
