Please join the Coalition for a webinar on May 29 from 12:00 – 1:00pm ET, for a discussion of Non-Traditional Procurement Opportunities. This webinar will discuss alternatives to traditional FAR-covered agreements, including Other Transaction Authority (OTAs), grants and cooperative agreements, and Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADAs), among other things. The discussion will cover the circumstances in which each type of agreement may be used, the extent to which they may be negotiated, key considerations to keep in mind when evaluating the type of agreement to pursue, and recent developments in this space.
