Pharmaceutical Committee Meeting: BIOSECURE Act Update, April 29

The Coalition for Common Sense in Government Procurement is excited to announce that our next Pharmaceutical Committee Meeting will take place April 29 at 12:00 PM EST.
The meeting will be co-hosted by Joy Strum, Partner at Hogan Lovells. She will discuss the recently enacted BIOSECURE Act of 2025. The Act prohibits federal agencies from contracting with entities that use “biotechnology equipment or services” provided by a “biotechnology company of concern” in performance their federal contracts.
