Small Business Committee Meeting: Update on SBA Size Standards, December 10

Please join us for a meeting hosted by The Coalition’s Small Business Committee on December 10, 2:00-3:00PM (ET).

The Coalition’s Small business committee co-chairs will discuss the wide-ranging impacts of SBA’s proposed size standards, including the potential impact on set-asides and full and open competition, mergers and acquisitions, subcontracting, and mentor protégé joint ventures, as well as SBA’s response to an OIG report on the limitations on subcontracting. Our speakers will include Ken Dodds, Executive Vice President & General Counsel with the Coalition, David Black, Partner at Holland & Knight, and Jonathan Williams, Partner at PilieroMazza.

The meeting will be held in person at Holland and Knight’s Washington D.C. Office (800 17th Street N.W., Suite 1100, Washington, D.C. 20006). Virtual attendance will also be supported.
