By popular demand, the Sheppard Mullin Team has agreed to return for a fourth installment of their popular “Understanding the Impact of the DEI Executive Orders for Federal Contractors” webinar series.
This edition is particularly important because DOJ has begun targeting companies under the False Claims Act for alleged DEI violations. Accordingly, after a summary of the last five months, Part 4 will provide an update regarding:
