The draft agenda for the Healthcare Day features a curated lineup of invited speakers from key agencies, including the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the Defense Health Agency (DHA), and more. These sessions will explore the trends and initiatives shaping federal healthcare contracts after the election, into 2025, and beyond.

Keynote Panel— Former Secretaries on What’s Next for the VA: To kick off the healthcare day, we are thrilled to have invited a panel of former Secretaries of Veterans Affairs to share their insights on what’s next for the VA in terms of policies, programs, and initiatives following the Presidential election. This Keynote Panel provides an exciting opportunity to hear firsthand from leaders who have shaped the VA and to explore what may be next for this critical agency.

Lunch Keynote – U.S. Army Lt. Gen. Telita Crosland, Director of the Defense Health Agency: We are excited to have invited DHA Director Lt. Gen. Telita Crosland to deliver the Lunch Keynote Address to share her strategic vision and priorities for the agency moving forward.
The Federal Healthcare Market: What’s Next, Who’s In & Who’s Out?: To wrap up the mainstage sessions, Moshe Schwartz, President of Etherton and Associates (confirmed) will provide a presentation on the federal healthcare market. During the presentation, Schwartz will explore upcoming trends and shifts in federal healthcare procurement, identifying key policies and emerging opportunities for 2025.
Following the mainstage panels, the conference will shift into the afternoon “Nuts, Bolts, & Clicks” Breakout Sessions. Attendees will be able to choose from several program-specific sessions to engage in dialogue with key government personnel on topics such as the DLA and VA Medical/Surgical Prime Vendor (MSPV) programs, DHA and VA pharmaceuticals, and more.
