As we approach the close of another remarkable year, I am thrilled to invite you to The Coalition for Government Procurement’s upcoming member holiday celebration. This special event is an opportunity for us to express our gratitude for the unwavering support and dedication of our members to the shared mission of advancing common-sense government procurement.
Please join us on December 17, from 5:00 – 8:00 PM (ET) at the Tower Club in Tysons Corner for an evening of festivity and connection. This complimentary event is our way of saying thank you and reflecting on a successful year together, while also looking forward to the exciting opportunities ahead.
Enjoy an evening of delicious food, beverages, and networking with colleagues and friends in the government procurement community. Whether you’re catching up with familiar faces or making new connections, this celebration promises to be a highlight of the season.
I am especially excited to share that this year’s holiday celebration will once again include a special, brief Off the Shelf: Off the Record panel discussion before the festivities begin. For those unfamiliar with my Off the Shelf podcast on Federal News Network, I interview leading experts from government and industry to explore the most pressing issues in federal procurement.
On December 17, I will be joined by Moshe Schwartz, President of Etherton and Associates, and Tim Cook, Executive Director of the Center for Procurement Advocacy, for an exclusive off-the-record fifteen minute conversation. We’ll dive into the latest developments on the transition, updates from the Hill, and what’s next for federal procurement in 2025. This unique format provides a chance to ask candid questions about the state of governmentwide contracting, key legislative developments, and upcoming procurement opportunities.
As we gather to celebrate the season, we will also take a moment to reflect on all that we have accomplished together. Your contributions have been essential to advancing a fair and efficient procurement system, and we are deeply grateful for your continued engagement.
While this event is complimentary for all members, registration is required to assist with food and beverage planning. To register, please click here. Please register as soon as possible to help us prepare for your attendance.
We look forward to celebrating with you on December 17!
