Part 2: Understanding the Impact of the DEI Executive Orders for Federal Contractors

By popular demand, the Sheppard Mullin Team has agreed to return for Part 2 of last month’s extremely popular “Understanding the Impact of the DEI Executive Orders for Federal Contractors” webinar. This week’s Part 2 event will provide an important update regarding the changes over the past two weeks (and there have been many), including:
- New court challenges
- New agency actions
- New contract clauses, and
- Answers to as many of the questions raised during Part 1
