Please join the Coalition for a webinar with Covington & Burling on February 24, from 12:00-1:00pm EST, for a discussion of recent Proposed Changes to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)’s Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) Rules. Kayleigh Scalzo, Partner, and Homer La Rue and Ethan Syster, Associates, will provide an overview of the current OCI rules, history of proposed changes, and key highlights in the new proposed rule. These highlights include proposed new definitions, contract clauses and solicitation provisions, as well as additional methods for addressing OCIs.
