    On November 7th, the Department of War released a memorandum outlining its initiative to “Transform the Defense Acquisition System into the Warfighting Acquisition System.” Join the Coalition on January 29th from 12:00 – 1:00pm EST for a presentation by Peter Terenzio of Covington and Mike Tomaselli of Chess Consulting as they examine the memo’s major themes and the implications for government contractors. The session will include a focused discussion on the regulatory framework governing commercial contracting, given the memorandum’s emphasis on expanding the defense industrial base through a “commercial first” strategy.
