On April 15, the Coalition submitted comments on GSA’s information collection extension for Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (FFATA) reporting.

On April 1, the Coalition submitted comments on the FAR Council’s proposed rule on pay equity and transparency, suggesting that the rule exempt commercial product and service contracts. We also raised other important questions about the rule’s definitions and implementation.
